Legal careers

BEURLE is a growth-oriented law firm, with a focus on organic growth.

We want to offer committed legal professionals a variety of career paths and fields of application:

Students

Are you studying law, are you interested in business and want to gain practical experience before you graduate? You can do this with us either as a student employee during the semester or as an intern for one month in the summer.

Here you will experience all aspects of everyday life in a law firm, from legal questions and research to technical and organizational processes.

Associates

After graduation and completion of court practice, we are happy to train associates. This training is so important for us that we have described it in detail (Training to become an attorney).

Consultant

You have completed your studies and would like to delve deeper into legal matters, but being a lawyer is not your goal? Do you like to immerse yourself in your field and work on exciting cases? Then the position of Consultant might be an option for you.

After successful completion of the bar exam, several options are open to associates:

Junior Partner

Do you see yourself as an entrepreneur and have the clear goal of developing your own business and thus advancing to equity partner? Do you enjoy acquisition, topic development and client relations? If necessary, do you also enjoy being in court? If so, registration as a lawyer is the right career step for you and you will start with us as an independent junior partner and be an entrepreneur from day one.

Counsel

You have successfully passed the bar exam, you like to work on complex legal matters independently, but do not value representation in court, then the position as Counsel is suitable for you. You are not registered as a lawyer, you work independently on interesting cases in your field of expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest developments. You will be in close contact with our clients, but you will not acquire any cases yourself.

Staff lawyer

Do you enjoy legal representation, you are registered as a lawyer, but you do not want to be an entrepreneur yourself? Then a position as a staff lawyer may be a good fit for you.

Women and men work equally in all positions. The balance between professional and private interests is important to us – which is why we strive to find an individual solution for all reconciliation issues – from students to partners, whether through part-time or parental leave models.
